Father Bill Waddlington is the Lord Mayor of Sylvania and likes to get things done. He hates what he calls 'time wasting' and is always in a rush. You'll often hear him saying 'Life is for doing, not watching!' Bill is very proud of his mayoral chain of office, which he is rumoured to wear to bed.
